This means the computers we keep in stock have a very low-to-no return rate reputation and the customer product satisfaction is extremely high. Can I get the Computer Brand of my Choice?
While we can put any name-brand computer in your hands, NCS keeps stock of specific brands that sell without issues and has great customer feedback.
Although we stock specific brands like Lenovo and ACER, we always provide options to our customers:
- We will inform our customers of Consumer Reports recommended computer brands
- We will order any brand for those customers with specific brand-name requirements
- For our cost-conscience customers, we can offer quality used or factory refurbished computers at a significant savings over new.

Can NCS Match the Prices at the Big-Box Stores?
While we offer competitive prices, we cannot always meet those big-box store prices. There is a reason for this. The big-box stores order in such large quantities that they often make agreements with the major manufacturers to produce brand-name products with variations in quality components. For example, a big-box store laptop for $299 might have a much lower quality hard disk drive or display screen. Sometimes they will exclude features like a DVD drive or use older technology to get the sales price down to $299.
We are a Northwoods small business store and cannot possibly compete with the big-box store prices. If your shopping solely on price, NCS may not be the store for you. Our products are higher-quality than the big-box stores. What we do offer is a better-quality product, personal service, and an incredible service warranty. If you buy from us, we back it!
